These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Racify website at racifyit.comand the Racify marketing strategy platform (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Michel El-Rassi trading as Racify ("Racify", "we", "us", "our"), based in Beirut, Lebanon.
By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, agency, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Racify generates marketing strategies, playbooks, and related content from the business information you provide through our questionnaire, using AI models. The Service is a tool to assist your marketing work — it does not constitute professional marketing, legal, financial, or business advice.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend it for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
To use most features you must create an account, either directly or via Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hello@racifyit.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered through the following purchase options:
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Service. Paddle handles billing, payment collection, and applicable taxes, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. We do not store your card number or payment credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are stated at checkout and may be updated for future billing periods.
Because the Service delivers AI-generated digital content on demand, purchases are generally non-refundable once a generation has been run and the content delivered. If you experience a technical fault that prevents delivery of content you paid for, contact us within 14 days at hello@racifyit.com and we will work to resolve it, which may include re-running the generation or issuing a refund at our discretion. Any statutory refund rights you have under applicable consumer law are not affected. Refunds, where granted, are processed through Paddle.
You confirm that you have the right to submit any information you provide and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or any law.

Content produced by the Service is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or assumptions. It is provided for your consideration and does not guarantee any particular marketing, commercial, or financial result. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any output. Racify is not liable for decisions you make based on generated content.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI, hosting, database, email, and payment processors) described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that output will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Racify from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity — survive termination. Handling of your data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Beirut, Lebanon will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
