Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through Racify, operated by Michel El-Rassi trading as Racify in Beirut, Lebanon. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Any refund we approve is issued back through Paddle to your original payment method.

2. Digital content — general rule

Racify delivers AI-generated digital content on demand. Because a generation consumes resources and delivers content immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once a generation has been run and the content delivered. By starting a generation you acknowledge that you are receiving digital content right away.

3. When we will refund

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

  • Technical fault: If a technical error on our side prevents delivery of content you paid for, or delivers content that is clearly broken or incomplete, contact us within 14 days. We will re-run the generation or, where that is not possible, issue a refund.
  • Duplicate or accidental charge: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.
  • Unused purchase: If you bought credits or a plan but have not yet run any generation, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the unused purchase.

Refunds outside these situations — for example, because the strategy did not produce a particular business result, or you changed your mind after generating content — are at our discretion.

4. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at hello@racifyit.com with the email address on your account, the date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
